FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The alliance pairs Frontier BioStrategy’s regulatory, commercial, and product development strategy with Sable Fermentation’s fermentation scale-up and bioprocess expertise — giving biological technology companies one coordinated path from concept to commercialization.
RALEIGH, N.C. (June 9, 2026) — Frontier BioStrategy and Sable Fermentation today announced a strategic alliance dedicated to better serving the biological technology companies they support. The partnership pairs Frontier BioStrategy’s strategic and architectural work — regulatory architecture, commercial strategy, and scientific product development governance — with Sable Fermentation’s specialist capabilities in biological fermentation scale-up, process development, downstream processing, and formulation.
Biological technology developers face two adjacent but fundamentally different challenges: building a coherent regulatory and commercial strategy, and translating that strategy into reproducible, scalable production. Those capabilities have historically lived in separate firms, leaving founders and executive teams to act as integrators between strategy and execution. The alliance was formed to close that gap, giving shared clients in agrochemicals and biologicals integrated strategy and bioprocess support that inform each other from day one — without the friction of juggling siloed providers, multiple contractual relationships, or competing recommendations.
Frontier was founded on the premise that regulatory, commercial, and product development strategy belong under one roof rather than scattered across siloed providers. This alliance with Sable is the next logical extension of that idea, applied across firms rather than within one. Our shared clients deserve strategy and bioprocess that inform each other from day one, not in retrospect.
Matthew Orr, Managing Director, Regulatory, Frontier BioStrategy
Both firms will continue to operate independently and serve their existing client bases. The alliance creates a deliberate framework for collaboration where the two firms’ capabilities are most complementary, built around the needs of the clients they share.
